Taj Mahal Entry Ticket 2026

Complete guide to ticket prices, booking, and money-saving tips

6 min readUpdated March 2026

I get asked about Taj Mahal ticket prices every single day, and I understand the confusion — the pricing structure is genuinely complicated with different rates for Indians, foreigners, and SAARC nationals. I've laid out exactly what you'll pay, how to book, and the tricks I use to save my visitors time and money.

Priya's insider tip: Always book online the day before. The ticket counter queue can be 30-60 minutes in peak season, and the e-ticket lets you skip it entirely. I've seen people miss their sunrise slot because they didn't know this.
